Scroll Minder is a utility that will enable you to keep track of upcoming events or remember various tasks by having them continuously displayed onto your desktop.

There are a few things that need to be implemented:
* enable the sticky tick on the scrollbar if a second instance is running (preferred)
* resize window to allow for smaller timespans
* size the scrolbar
* update the tick when the timespan changes (preferred)
* run only once per day if day is set as 1
* need to add check for day function and timecheck if day is set to 1 and run only once on day
* start and end times also need to be in the timespan
How to run the application:
* open the application once
* if the «Memo» checkbox is checked, configure the notepad
* open the Task Organizer to define your events
* press Esc to exit
UPDATE:
– with the time calculation, subtract the timespan from the current time, multiply the difference by the time unit and calculate the next time change (eg: it will do the task at 07:01:00, 05:30:00, 16:00:00, 09:30:00, etc)
– be sure that the date is correct if you run once per day (eg: choose «1/1/2018» or «1/1/2012» if you are using a year without leap years)

* always use the dropdown to set the timespan (step – 1 hour)
