The present invention relates to a metal-clad laminate having a pair of laminated metal foil layers bonded to each other with adhesive layers interposed therebetween, and specifically to an interlayer resin sheet used in the metal-clad laminate. As metal-clad laminates, there are broadly used a laminates obtained by bonding metal foils, such as copper foil, stainless steel foil and aluminum foil, to respective surfaces of a pair of thermoplastic resin films. Since a metal-clad laminate consisting of a pair of thermoplastic resin films having metal foil layers laminated thereto is excellent in the moldability at the time of molding the laminate into a desired shape, the laminates are often used in the application requiring the moldability of the metal foil in the laminate. The known techniques include the technique using a white melamine resin, i.e., a white-colored resin as the adhesive layer and the technique using a melamine resin having a white pigment incorporated therein. The former, however, suffers from a problem in the corrosion resistance of the metal foil since the white melamine resin contains an organic peroxide as a stabilizer. While, in the latter, the incorporation of the white pigment results in problems that the melting viscosity of the adhesive layer is increased and the adhesive strength is decreased. As an adhesive layer having a low melting viscosity, there is known the adhesive layer obtained by using an adhesive resin composition containing a methoxylated melamine resin (refer to JP-A-1-256453 (the term xe2x80x9cJP-Axe2x80x9d as used herein means an xe2x80x9cunexamined published Japanese patent applicationxe2x80x9d), JP-A-3-150624, JP-A-4-213745, and JP-A-5-26173). However, the adhesive layer obtained by using this methoxylated melamine resin is less adhesive and so is insufficient in the adhesion strength. It is an object of the present invention to provide an interlayer resin sheet having excellent adhesiveness and excellent heat resistance and capable of forming a metal-clad laminate with a good adhesive strength. According to the present invention, there is provided an interlayer resin sheet, comprising a methoxylated melamine resin, one or more substituted arylsulfone compounds, and a binder

Q: creating two query plans for same two entities in different states I have two entities in my model: an Employee with a collection of BillItems, and a BillItem with a collection of Taxes. In this model, I also have a relationship between Employees and BillItems (an Employee owns a BillItem), and between BillItems and Taxes (a BillItem belongs to one and only one Tax). I’ve put together the following diagram: When I query for Employees and group them by Tax, I get two query plans. The first plan involves a filter on the Tax (Employees that have a Tax=123 are grouped with Employees that have a Tax=234). The second plan does not have any filters, so all the Employees are grouped together. I understand why I get two different query plans, but I’m trying to figure out why there are two query plans for the same two entities. That is, both queries involve Employees and both filters out the Employees with the wrong Tax. The difference between the two is that the first plan filters the Employees by Tax, and the second plan does not. Is this because it’s two separate queries that happen to share the same tables? Or is this a case where SQL Server is smart enough to know that the Employees have the same data between query plans and that the only difference is the filter? This is SQL Server 2014 Enterprise on Windows Server 2012, using a 2008 R2 database if that makes any difference. A: You’re correct, the first query is a nested loop join, and the second query will be a merge join. The difference is that the first query has an outer join, the second query has an inner join. In the first query, the Employees are grouped by Tax, and the join is against the BillItems. The outer join is required because you are grouping by Tax. In the second query, the query engine is assuming that you want the grouping to occur after the join to the Employee, not before. By the way, this is known as the «common table expression trick». The query has no restrictions, and the join is against the Employee because you are grouping by Tax.
